I have found a way to indulge or eat out and not feel like I am falling off the wagon or cheating.. I figure i can just give myself healthy choices for eating out. Tropical Smoothie, Subway, Panera.. Still feel like I am indulging but I can remain in my calorie bracket for everyday and not feel like I cant eat the rest of the day.
Tonight we had tropical smoothie, I had half a turkey bacon ranch sandwich and a strawberry banana smoothie.. It was delicious, I am satisfied and i didnt go out of my health plan.
