so here i start...
I am 20 years old and have 2 kids. Before children i weighed about 140-145. It is my goal to get back to that point. For myself and for my children. My lack of health has kept me from doing things with my girls. I started my journey 3/3/2012.. since then i have been following a jillian michaels plan and beeen doing some circuit training and a balanced calorie counting diet. I already feel so much better; about life, myself, what i can accomplish if i just try and push through my pain and discomfort.
I am down 5 lbs. Lets keep it up :)
