Quick Homemade Breakfast

My Breakfast/Lunch
The smoothie is absolutely delicious...
What is in it...
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • A whole banana
  • 1 cup Pure Silk Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp. Nesquick chocolate powder
  • Handful of Ice
And the waffle is a frozen whole grain Kashi waffle..  each waffle is only 75 calories. And a little light syrup on top.

I used the almond milk because it is less calories and it gave me a sweeter flavor than regular milk.
