Wanted to share my thoughts and experiences as a young mother, military wife, and my journey to finding myself..
It's also not about a pants size number! I wear a size 0, but I'm also 5ft even, have small bones, have had 3 children, on of which was c-section. I am not toned, actually, pretty flabby. Especially in the tummy area. People spend too much time aiming for a size or a number on the scale. It's not about that. It's just about being happy nd healthy!
I agree 110% most of us get too hung up on weighing a ceratin amount or fitting into certain clothes.. And we get so into that idea that we are willing to do whatever it takes to get there including things that are not good for us. Health should always be your main goal! :)
