This is week two of my clean eating and exercise, I think it is going well. I am down 5 lbs and i feel amazing. Not just because the number on the scale is lower. I feel new; clean. I already feel stronger and less dependent on all the unhealthy stuff i was indulging on. I have cut soda out (which led to a weeks worth of migraines). We as a family have cut out fast food...It wasnt easy.. But change never is. My body is adjusting to the exercise-i think. Everyday of working out gets a little easier. I feel refreshed! I wake up everyday happy and excited to get another chance to better myself.
